The two then decided to find the rest of their teammates again. But now, Davy's worries have disappeared slightly, and he isn't as tense as before. Although the lingering fear of the unknown still persisted, having a companion eased it a bit.
"What do you think about this phenomenon?" Davy asked. Elen stood and tightly held onto him, and she shook her head.
"I also don't have any clue," she sighed. Everything that happened proved that even having seen a guide before didn't mean this competition wouldn't be dangerous for her.
Everything was unknown to her.
Davy wasn't actually expecting an answer and only asked it in passing. This darkness was so oppressive that he had to talk and converse with her to lessen this feeling.
Like before, they still didn't know where they were going. Davy had thought of putting some clues every time he passed by, but for some reason, even though he thought he had returned where he came from, he never saw the thing he left behind.
