Aleksander could not just send them away with a horse or a knight to accompany them. Both the ladies needed help and Lucien was the one who needed more attention. He couldn't help but keep his eyes on her even when they were riding back to the camp.
He had decided to offer them help. "Let me help both of you ladies. My camp is not too far away and I'll make sure to take you both safely to Lupin Town or anywhere you wish to go." He had already sent a message to Draco to bring two horses to his location.
He would gladly ask Draco to bring the healer along with him or move the entire camp base here but he knew Draco wouldn't be pleased to hear that. And there wasn't anything soft he would make Lucien lie down while the healer looked after her.
