Chapter 198: Otsutsuki Threat
Kaguya stayed quiet through most of the meeting, calmly watching everyone in the meeting hall. She had seen enough of humanity to understand people without needing help. When Raiken finished and everyone looked at her, she met their gaze.
She looked at the clan leaders and shinobi for a long moment, noticing that most of them had only recently learned they were her descendants. Then she began to speak.
"I was not a conqueror when I came to this world," said Kaguya, decided to reveal about her clan. "I was a soldier, a foot soldier, sent here as part of a mission that my clan has carried out across planets more than I can count."
Everyone in the meeting hall was completely still.
"The mission was simple, plant the chakra tree, feed it, and let it grow until it takes everything from this planet, then leave. The Otsutsuki Clan does not conquer worlds. They consume them and move on, like a fire moving through dry grass without caring about what it burns."
She paused for a while and took a deep breath. "I was not alone when I came here. I came with another member of my clan, his name is Isshiki Otsutsuki."
"Kaguya-dono, what is the Chakra tree?" asked Sakumo.
Kaguya looked at Sakumo and explained what chakra tree all about.

"Do you have more questions regarding the chakra tree?" asked Kaguya
"Not at this moment," replied Sakumo. Although the others wanted to know more about the chakra tree they decided to hear the rest.
Kaguya nodded. "We arrived together with the same purpose," continued Kaguya. "But somewhere between arrival and completion I made a different choice. I hadn't expected this world to be what it was, and I hadn't expected to find people in it capable of what I witnessed here. I stayed here, and I lived among them, then decided to get married and had children."
Everyone stayed silent, waiting for her to finish her sentence.
"That was my betrayal, from the perspective of my clan. I did not complete the mission, and they would come here."
"And Isshiki, where is he?" asked Raiken.
Kaguya was quiet for a moment.
"When I chose to stay, Isshiki tried to use me as a vessel," she said. "The Otsutsuki Clan carries a technique called Karma, a seal that can be implanted into a living body and used to store their essence, even if our body is destroyed, I could escape there and rebuild my body."
"So what happened to Isshiki?" asked Raiken for a second time.
"I betrayed him. I don't want this world to be destroyed, so when he didn't notice it, I pushed him to the ten tails mouth," replied Kaguya. "I believe he didn't survive because there is no karma mark on anywhere."
"To be honest, I found his whereabouts, but it diminished when I tried to get closer. He manage to survive by shrinking his body," said Raiken.
Kaguya's eyes widened because one of Isshiki's abilities is to shrink any object or himself.
"He's still alive," said Kaguya, surprised.
"Yes, by the looks of you, he must be really strong," commented Raiken.
"Of course, and the reason he lost is that he didn't expect I would betray him at the critical moment. Now I have lost my power, there is no way we could beat him," replied Kaguya.
Madara and the others looked at Raiken, their expression changed.
Raiken got to his feet. "Dear Grandma, where do you think he escaped?"
"Main family from Otsutsuki have unique eyes and can open many dimensions, I don't have my Rine Sharingan and it impossible for me to detect him," said Kaguya while shaking his head. "Furthermore, his abilities are tricky, Sukunahikona is the ability to shrink his body to a molecular level."
"Madara have Rinegan, can he open the dimension?" asked Raiken.
Kaguya looked at his great-grandson. Knowing what Kaguya wanted to see, Madara activated his Rinegan.
"He can, but it still tricky to find him," said Kaguya.
"We can work on that, we have lots of smart people in Konoha," replied Raiken.

The hall grew quiet, and the silence lasted even longer than before.
"Raiken is right," said Uchiha Hikaku.
"You can count us," added Nara Shikajin.
Sakumo looked at Raiken with something on his mind, but as a Hokage, he had accepted that his job was to handle whatever happened next.
"What do you need?" asked Sakumo.
Raiken looked at Kaguya, then at Madara, then at the other clan leaders of a village.
"Time," said Raiken. "And everyone in this room deciding today that the rivalries between clans and between villages are finished, because what is coming does not care which clan you belong to."
Madara looked at the ceiling briefly.
"Don't worry about me, I no longer have any intention to destroy Konoha," he said quietly. Everyone perked up their ear.
"Didn't we agree to spar?" asked Raiken while showing a betrayed face.
"Let's deal with Isshiki first, then we will spar," replied Madara. "
"That is great Idea," said Raiken with his thumb ups.
