Arabella was so focused on what she was doing that even Ferdinand did not dare disturb her.
She might not even hear him, even if he tried to talk to her now. And she looked so pretty doing something she loved that it felt like a sin to disturb her.
As Ferdinand expected, Arabella did not even notice Rendell leave his post and return with a cloth for her to sit on.
Rendell returned with Blanca, likely because he did not know where the small carpets used for picnics were stored or which among them he should take for this purpose, and thus, asked Blanca for help.
Blanca bowed in Ferdinand's direction upon seeing him.
Like Ferdinand and Rendell, Blanca did not dare approach the focused Arabella even when Rendell passed the cloth to her for her to be the one to bring it to Arabella.
The two silently watched Arabella, just like Ferdinand was doing.
Arabella made a flower wreath. When it was completed, she admired it and smiled.
