[Just some harmless fun.]
Alex walked into Morgan's apartment and went to find Morgan.
Alex, awkwardly nudging Morgan, started "Hey, man, uh," taking a breath, he continued, "my lair got blown up again, can I crash at your place for a couple weeks?"
Morgan, not looking up from the latest project, nodded. "Yeah, man, it's fine, like, you know where the guest room is," Morgan gestured towards the room, putting down the project at hand. "like, honestly, this happens so often, I should just give you a key. Not that either of us would need a key to break into this shitty ass apartment."
Alex, relieved, said "Thanks man, I really appreciate it." Looking around the room, Alex paused. "Why is there a giant, glow in the dark ghost costume in the corner?"
Morgan, glancing at it, commented, "Oh, yeah, that... Um, well, have you ever heard of the Cunundrum Corporation?"
"Cunundrum Corporation." Alex muttered, head in hand. Coming to a realization, Alex confirmed, "The teenage mystery solvers with the SUV and the talking cat?"
Excited, Morgan confirmed, "Yes, that's them! I said that that mansion you lent me the deed to the other week is haunted and they're gonna come and investigate," Morgan paused, looking down. "but the only problem is the costume shop ran out of costumes, and that was the only one left, and it's not my size, so I'm not really sure what I'm gonna do."
Alex, excited, gestured to the costume "You need someone to be the, obviously I can't do it, such behavior is beneath me, obviously," pausing, Alex continued "but I mean I do owe you for letting me stay, so I can make an exception, like, this one time, and I'll do it." visibly excited, Alex asked. "Please, please let me do it."
