"The shaptis won't be necessary," I frowned as Suetekh 'packed' for our trip back to earth. By pack I mean that he was gathering weapons, spell books and what looked like potions from his study in a big wooden chest box with thick iron chains.
"You will need your shaptis, trust me," he didn't spare me a glance as he threw what looked like a mini be-header into the box.
"So that they can sexually gratify me as you have instructed them to do?" I snapped, "I don't recall in the ancient texts that the use of shaptis was for something so highly inappropriate. It's practically cheating."
He lifted his head, turned and looked back at me with a perplexed expression. His gold eyes turned black with long elongated snake golden irises. "Cheating? Ancient text? Have you forgotten that we are the ancients? The texts you know of are human impersonations of what we have made. There's no such thing as cheating within our realm."
