After some time had passed, the liveliness in the room was interrupted by a knock at the door. The girls had gone back to chatting amongst themselves on Rune's bed when Xena opened then door and announced that it was time.
"The Queen is ready for you now. The Banquet is starting."
A private dinner with the Albion Royal family. It was quite a different reception than Rune was expecting. He had eaten with Luna's family but he had also been much closer with her, and the Otoan Queen was known to do eccentric things like that to begin with. In the case of this dinner, it was completely unexpected.
Rune and the girls followed Xena down the ending halls until they entering into a large open room. A stone table was set in the center with plates and matching silverware of gold--a metal that was apparently quite abundant in Albion.
