I sat down on the sofa, my parents called me and brother down to have a 'serious' family meeting. I mean like whenever that happens its never really serious. Last time it was about how I need to start washing the plates faster.
My dad sat down and looked up and something I thought that was a dream that would eventually end up turning into a nightmare for me..
"We're moving to Korea next year."
My mouth shot open, I almost screamed I jumped around and as always my brother has his same bland expression on his face. I was going to be going to KOREA. The last time I went there I was 7. I fell ill and had to go back to England on the first week there though. A painful memory.
But as I went upstairs I felt sad about the fact that I was not going to see my friends anymore. I was going to miss Adanna and Emily a lot those two were my best friends. Adanna was like the friend I never knew I needed, when I moved from Manchester to East London things were so different there.
Oh yeah, here's a recap of my life.

- Lived in Manchester for 7 years

- Enrolled in an All girls Catholic Secondary school
- Currently in year 11 finishing school in about a month
That's basically my life. And my two besties Adanna who is Nigerian, and Emily who is Canadian, Emily is like the sweetest girl ever and Adanna is like the coolest girl ever.
I felt so sad all of a sudden, but it didn't destroy the fact I would be one step closer to my favourite idols, plus living in Korea that seemed cool. Right?
..
I walk to the school gates as if its the last time I'll ever see them, I go inside my classroom and see Shanice and her bunch of friends who basically roast every girl who comes in late. Emily comes to me as I'm sitting, my hands covering my face as if I'm crying. When I'm not sad just feeing nostalgic for no reason.
"Jaejae. Hey you okay, you look depressed but at the same time you don't."
She looked at me smiling and her blonde hair descending down her shoulder right onto my face. I sat up ready to tell everyone, but I couldn't.
So I waited as the Form Captain to tell everyone when I was at the front.
But you know our teacher was not nice, in fact she was a savage, she'd probably be happy I'm leaving so I decided to stay in my seat.So when she left I went to the front and sat on the desk, everyone slowly looked at me.
"Guys I have something to say.."
Yeah I said nothing so after class I told Adanna secretly. I saw her face crumble in disappointment.
The next day I came in school.
Shanice came and hugged me " Omg I heard you were leaving, I'm going to miss you, because your like well funny."
As someone else grumbled.
"Class is gonna be so boring next year man."
I laughed and smiled I mean my class wasn't the best I was still going miss them all, I hugged Adanna and Emily and promised to call them and fill them in on how it's like.

When I got home I started thinking about how it was going to be like in korea. I was excited I could speak korean fluently so it was no problem. I just couldn't wait to be there...
