He wasn't too clear about what an agricultural building was, but obviously, the Supreme Spirit Sect had far-reaching plans for this land. For the vagrant refugees and pioneers, this was more comforting than anything else.
In the Northwestern Wasteland Marsh, there were three large districts, each divided into three smaller sectors, with each sector having a gathering spot. The sources of the people at these gathering spots varied: some were pioneers attracted by propaganda, some were innocent civilians among the Rebel Highlanders, and some were from impoverished tribes living locally.
Miles was in the first large district, also the closest to the Black Swamp, and the place most susceptible to attacks from Magical Beasts and wild animals, but it was also the place with the most generous rewards.
