Nancy Allen's confused gaze turned towards Emma Lewis.
Emma Lewis feigned impatience and said, "What are you looking at? You must have been disobedient again. You promised me you'd behave, yet you're going full tilt making trouble for yourself. Believe it or not, I'll smack you, sis!"
This was the Emma Lewis that Nancy was most familiar with, looking dashing in men's clothing, speaking a bit sharply, always unclear about her own gender, perpetually wanting to be the brother.
Nancy slightly tilted her head, seemingly confused as she looked at Emma.
After a while, she finally extended her hand wrapped in gauze towards Emma Lewis.
Emma's eyes instantly turned red.
She stepped forward lightly, avoiding Nancy's wounds, taking her hand.
Nancy instinctively shrank back a little.
