Nancy stuffed the phone she snatched back into Godfery Shaw's hand.
She compromised, "Fine, don't delete it then."
Godfery pushed his luck, "So, can I take more pictures of you in the future?"
Nancy met Godfery's expectant gaze and, as if possessed, nodded, "Sure."
Godfery smiled at Nancy.
That smile on the face Nancy had coveted for so long made her heart flutter warmly.
Blushing slightly, Nancy said, "If you're awake, get up quickly. We still have guests at home."
The two of them got up together, brushed their teeth, and washed their faces.
Living as a couple gave them a surreal sense of happiness.
They changed clothes and went downstairs. At the staircase, Godfery's usual calm returned to his face.
Because downstairs, the dining room was full of people.
Godfery wasn't used to such lively scenes.
