Rem awakens from unconsciousness in a start and looks around. She looks are Ram disapprovingly and then stares at the old man like she's seen a ghost. She mutters something like "This is the wrong damn genre." but I can't make it out perfectly.
after all I am totally stunned and baffled, I don't think to respond to the old man for a good 4 seconds. I examine the old man. He gives off a good Dumbledore vibe and is wearing a white robe embroidered with gold markings.
his white robe matches his equally extremely white beard. He even has a golden hair-clip that keeps his beard neat.
The old man is giving off a ridiculous aura, and the rumbling sound his voice made that rattled my bones.
I get into Character and speak like a ye-old cultivator. I should probably get used to doing that too.
I put a charge into Perfect cultivator etiquette and speaking pattern, making sure it's toggleable it costs me 1 of the charges out of my 55 new charges I got from my Karmic virtue reaching 10000.
leaving me with 54 new charges.
I immediately feel a weight on my brain as if I had grown up a cultivator all my life.
"Junior greets Elder Evils Bane, Might I ask why out of the many who live on our home world you would choose this junior and his companions for Discipleship? If we were to by chance accept your Generous offer, Might I inquire as to our accommodations?"

You will have infinite access to the first 3 layers of the library. You may cultivate in any of the sects comprehension pools for 3 times a week for 1 hour each. You will need to earn sect-credits through missions throughout the Eververse though. there are plently of safe worlds for you to visit and make yourself useful in. Oh, and the sect is called The Evil Breaking Sunset Sect, I am a Grand-Elder of said sect. I have never once seen individuals with higher potential than you three."
He side eyes Emelia, and then mutters something beneath his breath. He coughs and then says,
"I mean... you four?" He smiles a fake smile and then coughs. looking away.
I would be an idiot to refuse. I blew up a ton of times because of my current cultivation technique, I could really use another one to make it so I stop dying. I also seem to have found other ways of gaining Charges in the form of gaining karmic virtue. There might even be more ways to gain Charges too.
Also, this old man can't lie for shit, Emelia must have some really average or bad talent in cultivation.
"We accept." I say, Ram and Rem look at me strangely and Emelia just looks terrified and confused.
Ram drags me away. "What the fuck are you doing? You can't just accept this kind of shit for us!"
I stare into her eyes and turn off cultivator speak, and begin to tell her why it's a bad idea to refuse. "He's offering us a literal GODS ransom worth of spirit stones to represent his organization in helping people. While offering us a way to get so strong that no one can stop us from saving people, and helping the disenfranchised and downtrodden. How the hell am I supposed to say no to that?!"
Rem nods, Grinning. pulls her sister aside and starts whispering to her even my thinker package cant pick out what their saying though.

I put up a sound barrier. "Ram holy shit, I thought we were born in a Fantasy Genre world but we were definitely born in a Cultivation Genre world. We just went from fantasy wuxia to a gosh darn Xuanhuan Xianxia mess! If we don't take this chance I will never forgive you!"
Ram just rolls her eyes. "Fine, I can't say no to you, but you better explain this cultivation bullshit later."
I jump for joy and hug my sister. "I'm glad we punched that old lady who tried to wipe our memories with that weird tea and jumped through the portal together! You're the best sister ever!"

Rem comes up with Ram, and the both bow at a 90 degree angle. "Juniors greet Senior and accepts his offer." Rem Says, copying me perfectly. Suspiciously so. while Ram looks confused.
"I must see your Current cultivation technique, Young Subaru."
I nod, and bring forward the book that killed me a bunch of times, still looking at it like a coiled snake that will bite me if I read it wrong.
