Planet Tuffle never slept, the Tufflized humans of Earth worked hard to rebuild structures. Chi-Chi and Videl oversaw this as a sort of overseer.
Even under its crimson sky, the city pulsed with quiet, mechanical life. Streams of Tuffleized humans moved in perfect rhythm through illuminated streets, their footsteps synchronized, their expressions empty. Towers hummed with energy, their surfaces alive with shifting patterns of alien design.
Everything had a purpose.
Everything had control.
But yet, in the center of it all was him. Baby ruled over them with an iron fist, his smirk never faltering. His eyes shined with that of a king ruling over a kingdom. "Excellent. Soon, the entire universe...will belong to the Tuffles!"
"Indeed, and once that is accomplished, there will be no one to stop you." Bulma spoke.
Baby laughed as he grinned. He however was unaware that Scarlet was moving through the shadows. Like a blur of red and black, a whisper against steel. She clung to the underside of a suspended walkway, her body pressed flat against the cold metal as a patrol of Tuffleized guards passed above. Their footsteps echoed in unison—measured, precise, unnatural.
She waited, she didn't move, her posture firm and straight. She stood like a pillar, only when the sound faded did she move again.
Dropping down below. Scarlet went behind cover, her crimson red eyes scanning the area. She was getting closer to Baby's location, the corridor ahead was wide and open. A small smirk played at her lips.
"Found you..." She muttered to herself as she moved once more. There was no telling what she was going to do, not yet at least. But it might just be enough to do whatever, to buy time for someone or anyone for that matter.
As she reached the opening of the corridor, she took a steady and deep breath. Exhaling slowly and took one last step forward.

Else where, Uub followed Pan's ki signature and located her. "Pan?"
Pan turned her head as she saw Uub. "Oh hey!" She quickly covered her mouth as she wasn't sure if anyone had heard her or not. "You're not...ya know? A Tuffle?"
Uub shook his head. "No, I snuck onto a ship and got here. What about you?" Uub asked.
Pan shook her head as she looked towards Buu and Hercule. "No, we're lucky."
Uub nodded lightly as Hercule spoke up. "Hey uh...you didn't happen to see Scarlet by any chance did you?"
Uub raised an eyebrow up. "Who?"
"She's Buu friend, she pale lady." Buu spoke.
Uub looked confused, tiling his head to the side. "Pale lady?"
"A girl with red hair, one black arm." Hercule spoke.
It took Uub a moment to connect the dots as it clicked. "Oh, that's her name? I saw her....but are you sure she's with you three?"
Pan sighed. "Unfortunately, but you have seen her?"
Uub nodded lightly. "I think she's going to go after Baby, on her own."
Pan gulped. "Alone? Is she nuts?"
Uub shrugged slightly. "What matters right now is, we need to go help."
"We? But I can't help out." Hercule spoke.
Pan rubbed her chin a little as she pondered for a moment at how Hercule could help. "I got it, if there's anyway to cure everyone who's under Baby's control. You can be the escort to get them to safety...wherever that is."
It wasn't a bad idea, but how would that work? The Supreme Kai and Elder Kai haven't figured this out yet. They were currently too busy watching things unfold from their crystal ball.

Above the metallic city's central district, a massive structure towered over everything else.
Black and silver.
Sharp angles.
Crowned with a glowing core that pulsed like a heartbeat.
Baby's throne room. Scarlet stepped to the edge of a platform that overlooked it. She knelt down, glancing at the ground below, it was highly guarded. Gohan, Bulla and Trunks stood there like armored guards.
"So, this is where you went." Scarlet muttered to herself. Her eyes narrowing slightly, this wasn't something simple, she studied their movements before they all migrated here to Planet Tuffle. "I wonder...." She glanced up at the pulsing core of the building. "That's where you are."
She needed to act carefully and move swiftly to make her move, she stood up and sprouted her Nevermore wings, flying off the edge and towards the core of the building.
Meanwhile, on the Supreme Kai Planet. Elder Kai and Supreme Kai continued to watch. The Supreme Kai leaned over the crystal ball, his brow furrowing.
"This is bad ancestor." Supreme Kai muttered. "If she takes Baby on by herself, it could just lead to her getting herself killed."
Elder Kai crossed his arms. "You are right on that, but look at Uub and them, they're no match either. Even at the current level of power Uub is at, Gohan and Trunks would over power him. Same for Pan."
Supreme Kai let out a long frustrated groan. "If only we knew where Goku was!"
Elder Kai watched as Scarlet moved across the screen—silent, precise, slipping through the cracks of Baby's empire like a ghost. "You sense it don't you?"
"Sense what?" Supreme Kai asked.
"The natural order, she isn't part of this world or the universe." Elder Kai spoke.
Supreme Kai took a moment to connect the dots as he suddenly stood up. "Yes, you're right! I can sense it. It's not of this world, it doesn't flow like everything else. But what does that mean?"
"It means, whoever or whatever she is. She's an anomaly." Elder Kai spoke. "But what bothers me is the two names she mentioned before Baby's Death Ball hit her and Goku."
Supreme Kai raised an eyebrow up. "What two names?"
"Beerus and Whis." Elder Kai spoke. "How does she know of The God of Destruction Beerus and The Angel Whis?"
"Oh...yeah, now that you mention it." Supreme Kai muttered. "That is odd, you don't think that she's trying to give off hints of awakening the Destroyer...do you ancestor?"
Elder Kai was quiet, he wasn't sure if that was Scarlet's goal or not, if it was. She needed to be stopped at all cost, no matter what it takes.
