If I remember what the map looks like… This part of the forest was a small stretch of forest that connected between the left side of the continent with the right side.
And even though it might look small on the map, the actual place was big enough that I couldn't see the sea or the giant lake that it separated.
The forest corridor itself would also have been a pretty dense forest if it wasn't for the path that was also going through it.
"Who is maintaining this path?" I asked, looking at the trees at the side. "Surely someone has to keep the path clear of plants growing on it?"
Odeta grinned at me, "This path stretches between Evolslrig Village and Shield village, Sister Aster! We take turns making sure this path is safe to traverse for trade!"
Oh, so they do engage in trading. I almost thought that they might be completely cut off from the outside world.
