I'm not sure if they were doing it intentionally or not but… Over the next three days, it was really obvious who was sent to spy on me.
Like seriously… You positioned a guy literally laying down on top of a roof with no cover and watching our inn with a spyglass in his hands…
Then there's the group of people that were literally just sitting outside our inn who were doing nothing but watching the entrance as though waiting for me to appear just so that they could follow me or something.
I'm guessing that this is either Prince Hisami not being able to find competent spies… Or they are just a distraction to hide the real spies.
If I had to guess… I'm going to assume that it's the latter.
Either way, it didn't matter because I just literally spent the next three days exploring the city and eating sweets.
I'm pretty sure the only information they got from me was that I liked sweets which was something they should already know anyway.
