After dinner, it was already past nine o'clock, and outside it had become lively and bustling.
Clara Sutton and Emily Taylor came out of Alva Astor's room and were just about to wave goodbye when they saw three handsome and graceful figures walking toward them from the hotel corridor.
"Hmm, you're back?" Emily Taylor was somewhat surprised as she watched the three approach. She leaned in close to Hilary Jones and sniffed, detecting a strong smell of alcohol. She waved her hand dismissively, "Ugh, seems like you drank a lot, not drunk?"
"What kind of drinker am I? That stuff can't take me down," Hilary Jones put an arm around her shoulder, confidently puffing his chest, boasting loudly.
