"Broken ribs and subdermal bleeding?! Were you planning on telling after you died from pain?! I could have at least given you some pain meds! It would not have interrupted the girl's treatment!"

Actually, the suit was taking away most of the pain and holding the ribs together. That's why Will didn't bother until now.

-Kilgrave takes Patricia hostage to escape, Hero saves beauty and takes bullets for her. Kilgrave jumps through the window.
-Police arrives and points guns at the Hero who is trying to save the injured girl.

For post production, Will also enhanced the quality of the video to the highest definition, enhanced sound quality, added subtitles in case anyone missed Kilgrave's disgusting orders.
He also blurred the faces of the girls and also removed any mention of Jessica's name.
Will really wanted to show his and Jessica's fight and gain more aura, but then he won't be able to keep her.
Imagine, you have a person with superpowers under you and you advertise this to the world yourself.
