[At the exits of the Arena]
Police officers, vehicles, weapons, and Police mechs surrounded one particular exit in anticipation of one group that attempted to kidnap a minor who was a contestant in the Mutant Fight.
After being alerted by concerned spectators and the commotion unfolding inside the arena, they quickly jumped into action and waited for the rogue to reveal himself.
To their surprise, a giant of a man emerged with a child resting over his shoulder. Not too far behind was another child dressed like the city's very own vigilante, Bear Claws.
Accompanying the giant were others who looked just as dishevelled as the rogue himself. They too were surrounded and given orders to surrender or face the consequences.
