"Kane, come out to eat."
Hearing Kreya's call from outside the door, Kane finally snapped out of his reverie, looking at the books he had already read on his right hand side.
There were already three or four thick volumes there. He closed the book in his hand, stretched lazily, and walked to the window.
Looking up at the sky, a cold, full moon hung there.
Unknowingly, he had been reading for so long.
The unknown knowledge, the various novel mechanical creations in the books, and those dungeons that had already disappeared.
These things completely fascinated Kane.
He opened the door of his room and walked into the living room.
Kreya, wearing an apron, emerged from the kitchen, carrying a plate of stewed meat in her hands.
"So you finally decided to come out."
Hearing Kreya's tease, Kane replied with a cheeky grin, "I couldn't help it; that knowledge is just too useful for me."
Seeing Kane's current appearance, Kreya smiled and walked towards the dining table.
