My memories end with my phone emitting a bright light and then I find myself here, The question is what is that light? Is it radiation and it instantly killed me? How is that even possible? If it really is radiation then what happened to my sister? Is she okay?

Brushing those thoughts aside I stood up and walked thinking that nothing would happen if I were to just stay still.

Turning around I could see a man covered in full white with only his mouth being distinguishable.
"Are you God?" Is this guy god or something?

A servant?Guide? No it doesn't matter if he's a servant or not I need to ask what happened to me.
"Can you tell me what's going on? Did I die? And what will happen to me now?"
"You have been chosen to get transported into the novel that you've just open earlier, to answer your question of whether you die or not you simply just disappeared on earth and is transported here, what will happen now is that you will prepare for your transportation"
Novel? Transportation? I've heard of this from my friends when they are discussing things about being transported to the game that they play or the novel that they've read. Wait, I still haven't read the novel yet so why am I the one being transported? All I know are the spoilers!

From his words I can deduce That I have been chosen for entertainment and that the next things that I'm going to obtain as preparations depend on my luck. The luck stat however has a limit.
I suddenly got an idea of how to screw over this man though it's a bit of a gamble,I need to somehow get past the limit of this stat in whatever way possible.
But in my situation there's no other option besides clicking the + button near the luck sign.
So without hesitation I moved my fingers to the + sign near the luck stat and increased it to the max.

It was then a crack of about six meters tall appeared behind the guide, coming out of it was a man also in whole white but the difference between him and the first one is that he had a golden mask covering the upper half of his face, he then opened his mouth.

His tone was polite but after saying those words the man immediately released something I couldn't comprehend.

My body quickly fell down feeling like it's being stepped on by an elephant, my chest frantically heaved up and down as it struggled to breath. Fear quickly clouded my mind.

Seeing that his using such tactics means that he can't forcefully decrease my stats, maybe it's because it was granted by the goddess of luck?so maybe that's why I need to give consent

I could see the face of the mask man contorting and then returning to normal again, the pressure that was also being applied suddenly disappeared.
He then replied.
"Mortal reduce your luck to 8 and I'll do you a special favor, I'm sure you have something you want to do on earth right?"
"Then send me back, that's all I want on earth" Still on the ground and holding my chest I replied.
"We can't send you back you've already been chosen"

Hearing this I could feel my blood run cold.
Fuck Fuck Fuck, I can't tell if it's a bluff or not and there's no way I'll challenge it either, seing that the people they are serving brought me here means that there is a chance they can interfere on earth.
"Just send me back home we don't need to fret over the stat"
"Again, We can't send you back, you've already been chosen and the body you'll be transported in has been prepared, the only way you can get back to earth is when you finish the storyline which will take at least 9 years and then you can obtain your reward and you can return"

What do you think its value is?The 10th point too and the next one after that?"
Listening to his explanation I didn't say anything. I kind of get what he's saying after all, but that doesn't mean that I will be relinquishing it just for 1 special favour, if what he's saying is true, then I'm basically getting scammed for getting only one.

"Then at least give me 4 Special favors the same number of luck stat your taking away"
"State your favors first then I'll think about your offer"
"give the luck stat that you're taking away from me to my family" After I said those words I held my breath, remembering the situation of my parents. I need to naturally prioritize them and help them first as I'll be away from them for a long time If I really have no choice but to head into the novel.
