This was the conclusion Aditya and Rin finally reached after more than an hour of careful investigation. Previously, there were 36 cultivators, but Ren had taken most with him to the front lines.
Gathering this information had taken much longer than Aditya initially expected. They had to remain patient and slowly send different maids and servants toward the mansion using various believable excuses. They could not simply send everyone there at once. If servants who normally had no reason to approach the restricted residence suddenly began gathering around it, the guards would immediately realise that something was wrong.
So they took their time. Some servants passed through nearby areas while carrying supplies. Others approached from different directions while pretending to perform their normal duties.
