Wolf: King Rat Phil said to release all the enhanced rats from the basement, and then he'll give them a little video training. They'll know what they need to do after that.
Wolf: Not to mention, it's still barely manageable to watch over Area A of the Seventh District. In a month, the surveillance range of the enhanced rats can basically expand to cover the entirety of Area A.
Wolf: After all, enhanced rats can reproduce. Their reproductive abilities aren't as good as regular rats, but a month's time should be sufficient.
