After the Refugee Village received Lynn's orders, a riot ensued. Fortunately, because the recent enemies faced by the territory have been rather formidable, Lynn demanded that anything done by the City Guards should be done together as an entire squad, even if it's just delivering a message.
The elf squad, having fought together for hundreds of years, wasn't something these professionals who dared only to mingle among the refugees could confront. They could only shout unpleasant words, accusing Lynn of having ulterior motives, alleging that the elves wanted to turn the Sea God's city into their own vassal, loudly proclaiming their dissatisfaction, hoping that the mighty lord above could hear their heartfelt loyalty.
The Elven City Guards, formerly the Elf Crusaders, have always had bad tempers and steadfast wills. When faced with such fools, they didn't even pause to consider if Hill would doubt Lynn and the elves; instead, they directly started to beat people up.
