Polly Sutton looked at her father-in-law and thought, if this father and son could reconcile in this lifetime, it must be because of her skill.
"Dad, the person called Harris..."
"Harris Pratt," Benjamin Chu, holding his grandson, helped her with the name, "He actually saved your father and me over a decade ago. Although not exactly a good person, he's certainly not a bad one either."
Polly Sutton hadn't known about this, "He saved you and my father?"
"It was a long time ago, but I never expected him to be Victor's aunt's second husband."
Polly Sutton patted her youngest son, who was sleeping restlessly. The little guy was frowning in his dream for some unknown reason.
"Benny looks exactly like Victor did as a child, not just in appearance but even in temperament, full of thoughts despite such a young age," Benjamin Chu remarked, looking at the little grandson in Polly's arms.
