After another day of wild fun with Alexander Franklin, Olivia Ward returned home and didn't even want to move a finger after washing up.
Since returning to Kingstown a few months ago, she hadn't had such a day for a long time.
She lay down for a while before the phone charging on her bedside table rang.
Someone was calling her.
She hesitated for a moment, then slowly reached for the phone. When she saw the caller ID, it was Alexander calling.
"Hello," she answered the phone weakly.
"I thought you'd been silenced at home, you didn't reply to any of the messages I sent," said Alexander, and she could hear the sound of running water on his end.
"What are you washing?" she asked.
"Me," Alexander said with a smile.
"What?" She was momentarily confused.
"Washing myself," Alexander's voice was deep, followed by the sound of the water stopping and a laugh.
Just as Olivia was about to scold him "Are you crazy, calling me while taking a shower," he laughed and added.
