Since the summons came in magical envelopes, the nobles had received them three days earlier.
Although Nuving province and Ulford in particular was at the center of the kingdom, those from the bordering regions still couldn't make it in time.
This could be excused. However, those near the province and in the middle areas had enough time to reach the Palace if they hurried.
