Ex-landowner lady: Mr. Noah, welcome to your new house. This way, please. I hope you liked the furniture, it was recently changed by the previous tenants.
Noah: Yes ma'am, thanks a lot. I love it here. I would like to shift in today itself. No problem, right?
Ex-landowner lady: No no sir, it'll be great.
Ashley: Hey, so you are the new neighbour. Hello! I live right next to you. He is my boyfriend, James.
James: (offers handshake) Hey buddy. Nice to meet ya.
Noah: Hello Ashley. Nice to meet you too James. I apologise for today's disturbance since I'm shifting in right now.
Ashley: No problem. Ask us for help if you need any. You must be busy, continue with your work. Good evening Mrs. Stellar (ex-landowner lady). How are you? I haven't seen you around here since ages...not until you got such an handsome tenant here.
Noah: Babe, I'm right here!
Ashley: I'm joking.
Mrs. Stellar: You two yet are just as lovey-dovey. I'm fine dear. How about you?
Ashley: I'm good. We are in a hurry to leave right now. Hope to see you soon Mrs. Stellar. Please don't hesitate to ask me for something, Noah.
Noah: Sure Ms. Ashley. Thanks.
James: (Kissing Ashley all over her face) Ash, let's goooo (carrying her in his arms)
Evening, 7p.m.
Ashley: (sobbing in corridor till her doorstep) I hate you, James. Get off my face! We are done! LET'S BREAK UP! F**k off jerk.
James: Babe you misunderstood me. Please listen first. I wasn't cheating with Cate. She fell and I helped her up. I swear nothing happened between us.
Ashley: You are already calling her Cate instead for Catie how you used to years ago. I hate you. Out of all, my friend? Stop following me or I will call the security!
James: (holding Ashley's hand tight and pulling her, making her fall to the floor) I said I'm sorry. Listen to me, will you!
Noah: (hears the ruckus) (opens his apartment door to see Ashley on the floor, hurt on head and rushed to pick her up) Ashley, are you alright? Mr. James, resolve whatever it is without violence. Don't cross the line.
James: Don't you interfere in our business. Leave us alone. Don't touch my girlfriend!
Ashley: B*sta*d, ex-girlfriend!
James: You little peice of sh*t!! (almost slaps her on face)
Noah: (holds James' hand and pushes him) I warned you not to touch her. I'm calling the police.
James: Fine, Ash, I'm sorry again. I'm out of my mind. Let's both cool down and then talk, okay? Please? For the 3 years that we've spent together?
Ashley: I've got nothing to talk to you now. Leave, I said we're done.
James leaves. Her phone rings, Catie's call. Ashley throws her phone on floor and stamps over it for 5 times until Noah stops her.
Ashley breaks down, crying loud. Noah feels bad for her. He takes her to his home, applies medicine on her injury and offers to go with her for a drink.
Ashley agrees. They drink a lot in the bar, Ashley's tears flowing down her soft cheeks and Noah continuously trying to comfort her awkwardly. At last, she passes out from too much drinking. Noah carries her on his back. He takes her to his apartment for a night and makes her sleep on his bed. He sleeps on the couch.
Ashley wakes up with a heavy head at an unknown place, freaking her out a bit, but hurting her to recollect about her break up.
Just then, Noah enters. She asks if she embarrassed herself in front of him and apologised to him for making him see that scene.
Noah said it was fine. It happens. He gives her hangover medicine. Ashley thanks him and leaves in a hurry for her work.
