"Mommy, are you really okay?" Cyrus asked.
Charlotte, though with a helpless sigh, remained particularly serious and earnest in front of the children.
"Of course, your mommy is healthy and well."
After a while, James walked in through the door, bringing the best news Charlotte had received in days.
"Charlotte, big brother called and said they've found a heart that matches Grace."
"Really!"
Charlotte looked at her fifth brother with extraordinary delight.
"Big brother personally called, there's absolutely no problem. Now we just need to wait for Grace to wake up, and then we can proceed with the surgery immediately."
James's response was a reassurance to Charlotte, allowing her to exhale in relief and smile.
The children, having heard James's words, were naturally very happy as well.
Shortly after, Justin Battleson learned that Charlotte had brought the children to the hospital to see Grace, so he came to pick them up.
