Facing Riley Thompson, who was so emotionally charged, Charlotte Thompson's reaction wasn't that calm either.
She took a step back, seemingly startled by Riley's scream.
"Charlotte, what do you want to do?"
Riley's pupils shrank, as if she saw the person in front of her, Charlotte, as some heinous villain.
"Miss Riley, why show me such an expression?"
Charlotte glanced over at Riley, and as if deliberately, stepped towards her.
"Charlotte!"
Riley yelled Charlotte's name from her throat.
Looking at Riley's defensive posture, Charlotte curled her lips into a mocking smile, "I'm just here to the bathroom to wash my hands, is there a problem?"
Charlotte's gaze swept over Riley, then she simply turned on the faucet.
"I thought Miss Riley had a strong mental capacity, otherwise how could you manage to do so many controversial things? But now it seems..."
Though she didn't finish her sentence, the insinuation was quite clear.
