Cherry just gave Aiden a quick kiss, but he remained frozen in his spot, still kneeling in front of her. He couldn't believe what had just happened.
"Close your mouth before a fly enters inside," she said teasingly.
Hearing her words, Aiden quickly pursed his lips. Then he gazed at her.
"W-What is the meaning of that kiss?" he asked her with uncertainty in his tone.
Cherry gave him a faint smile before responding, "It simply means… You are now my boyfriend!"
Aiden's jaw dropped, and he staggered back, causing him to sit down on the ground.
"Are you sure? Is this true? You are not joking, are you?" he asked again for confirmation.
This time, Cherry let out a soft giggle. "You silly boy. Do I look like I'm joking?"
He shook his head frantically. When realization finally sank in, Aiden quickly stood up and pounced on her, hugging her tight.
