Reign, a new phenomenon that appeared after a failed experiment affected many people and has given them powers that can't be explained by science, even the smartest man in the continent could not explain it.
Together with Reign, some monsters evolved from small and normal animals, fish, and insects, they became rampaging beasts, the side effects of evolving this much.
Now, many people that use Reign, Reigners are obligated by the law to help the continent fight these monsters, just like this current incident in the North District of Dotun City where a giant lizard appeared but it was defeated after all Reigners around banded together to take it down.
When the giant lizard that's several meters bigger than any buildings around it was taken down, the collection team began taking apart the giant lizard's body and collecting it for usage, it will also be used for compensation to the Reigners that contributed to taking it down.
