"For what Stacia informed me in our planning, the girl Rea, who's responsible for mind-controlling the leaders of all the Reign groups of this city, instigating them into gathering here and attacking North District, I need to get her Reign to stop the mind-controlling," Alex thought, seated on one of the walls of an abandoned building.

He then plays with Stacia's Reign—Space Manipulation, opening the Space gate to his hidden storage.
"I can't believe Mr. Scope gave me a Scope phone, something I couldn't afford back then but then again, I only needed a standard Droid phone to do all my work, I don't necessarily need a Scope phone, my old phone is enough," Alex thought while checking the Scope phone.
