A violent explosion of pure divine energy erupted across the battlefield, hurling all of us backward with overwhelming force. The shockwave cracked the ground beneath our feet and sent shards of light and stone flying in every direction. My brother stumbled and nearly fell, his balance completely lost in the chaos. I quickly extended my Yggdragon Aura in a wide, protective wave and caught him mid-fall, pulling him safely back to my side before he could hit the ground.
"Bro, are you alright?" I asked, my voice still a little strained from the impact.
"I-I'm fine… what about you?! You just got cut to pieces!!!" he said, his eyes wide with panic as he stared at the fading traces of divine energy still clinging to my body.
"I'm fine," I sighed, brushing dust and residual light from my clothes. "I've survived worse. Literally."
