As they nodded while kneeling before her, their Mother smiled viciously. Half of the fifty spirits she created from the corpses of her children were assigned to them, five for each, granting additional spiritual powers that boosted their strength even further.
"This should be more than enough... Do not disappoint me, understand? I can see them, I can feel them, they're coming. The ones blessed by the gods... they will come here to attempt to slay me! YOU MUST NOT DISSAPOINT ME!"
As she cried out, her eyes showed both insanity and paranoia. Her children remained silent and then nodded.
"Of course, mother, we would never dare to disappoint you."
Each one spoke with a different voice, but all at once, making the scene both eerie and otherworldly.
