The expected moment had come, and the pair was ready, dressed in lab coats, strolling through the entrance of the building. However, they couldn't shrug off the uneasiness creeping in their skin in every step they took.
"Are you really sure we can pass these people?" Gabriela asked Hyacinth on the other line through the earpiece she had given them. Upon hearing Gabriela's words assured her of their connection.
"Don't worry. You two are doing just fine. Just act natural," Hyacinth replied.
Still, she couldn't hide her restlessness. She once again tapped the button in her earpiece and asked, "Aren't we still in high school? Do you think they would find it odd for children to waltz into the elevator?"
"Don't sweat it. There are young proteges and geniuses which works there, so you two are off the hook. Just remember what I told you two. Keep it natural."
