The Oceanheart Tranquility Palace's seawater was always known for its calmness, never stirring to disrupt the palace even when external force was applied. Any force striking the region would quickly disperse before it could reach the palace buildings.
This ensured that anyone who cultivated inside the Oceanheart Tranquility Palace would never be disturbed by the outside commotion.
