How often do we look at people and marvel at their happiness, we wonder what made them so strong. So successful? So compassionate?
Haven't they seen any adversities of life or are they lucky enough to see everything going in their favor?
We often look at poets and writers and admire their sarcastic or doleful pieces, wondering that life must have made them suffer in all ways.
Whereas in realistic life, no one has ever been too happy or neither too sad. It's always about the perception and the lenses they wear to see the world.
Life is an all-rounder, it will take you to places, places that are too dark, enough to shatter down your existence, and areas that are too bright that you can't accept their presence.
All you need is to have a perspective.
A perspective to look into your life and yourself above anything else and anyone else.
A perspective that makes you believe that all the dark you see is an inevitable part of your journey and is here to shape you into what you can become– The best version of yourself.
And all the light that you see is what you deserve, and you have to embrace it with open arms.
In one or another way, we are responsible for everything that happens to us, and in the places where we aren't, we are in charge of making everything right. Some days we accept it and some days we don't but everything in our life depends on us.
Lu Qiao Yan and his guards reached the warehouse where his other guards were already waiting for them. When they reached them Lu Qiao Yan saw some people whom he had hired.
These people were wearing white respirators, gloves, and goggles and holding containers filled with petrol with sprayers in front of them.
Today Lu Qiao Yan was going to blow up 'The Li's' private warehouse.
The security around the warehouse was strict but Lu Qiao Yan got these people authorized cards. When they showed them to security they were allowed to go inside. Everyone believed that these people were here to spray the germs out, but who would have thought that there was petrol inside these large containers?
These people went inside and started spraying everywhere. The Lu's guards together distracted the security guards and tried going inside. Whom so ever was coming in a way was being killed on the spot. These guards were very good at holding guns.
Lu Qiao Yan stayed outside while the head guard and some other guards went inside to get the workers out of there before the explosion.
Soon the workers and experimenters were safely got out and sent away. Now only the men who were spraying were left. When they came back and settled inside the cars and left instantly, Lu Qiao Yan called the others to come back quickly.
Soon everyone was in the car, Lu Qiao Yan lighted his lighter and threw it on the ground. The fire started, and the whole warehouse exploded and burned within a few minutes. The products which were all stored here were destroyed. Everything was ruined.
Lu Qiao Yan and the others were now standing on a high hill where they could get a good view of the burning warehouse. All those words flashed in his mind that Ms. Li had said to him.
''You Lu's think that everything can go in your way. You and your bloody father will see that my sons, only my sons will rule the business world''.
Although Lu Qiao Yan was angry about his situation, he was a pragmatic person. To be a rigorous engineer, one also needed to be practical in certain situations. All these thoughts allowed him to calm down.
Things had already occurred. To be angry now won't solve the problem, he must get past these, and then with a clear mind, he needed to deal with it.
He must not let Wan Tian get his victory cake and also eat it. Soon they went back.
Lu Qiao Yan called Wan Tian after coming back home.
''Hy my dear enemy or may I say, my dear cousin. I killed your dogs who tried to play hide and seek with me. At least send some good fighters next time if you morons want to threaten me a little. I am sick and tired of playing with these scums of yours'.
After he said that he immediately regretted it. What he wanted to say wasn't this anyway. It was just that he didn't know how to say what he wanted to say.
"I had warned you, don't mess with me, or else I would show you the extent to which I would go''. Lu Qiao Yan spoke in a mocking tone.
Wan Tian gritted his teeth and threw his phone aside without answering. Just then his guard came and informed him that Lu Xiao Xan escaped. He was rescued by someone.
''Master Wan, the dead bodies of our assassins were sent back with roses''. Another guard informed him.
Just then another guard came running.
''Now what bad news did you bring?'' Wan Tian asked him angrily.
''Young master, mistress Li called''. The guard was out of breath.
''Why?''
''The private warehouse of mistress Li Ling happened to catch fire and blasted. Everything inside was ruined''. The guard delivered the message and stepped aside.
Wan Tian didn't pay any attention to the dead bodies of his men at that time but rushed toward the warehouse. When he stepped outside his car, he saw the whole warehouse burning and blasting because the contents inside were explosive.
He saw the baron of industry, Mistress Li Ling was already present there.
''What happened here, mother?'' He asked as he approached her.
''It was all planned''. She said. ''Someone had planned everything''.
''Who could it be other than Lu Qiao Yan?'' Wan Tian said as he took off his coat and wrapped it around Ms. Li Ling.
''This boy is going too far. You have to need to sort out the things with him''. Ms. Li said as she walked back toward her car.
Wan Tian opened the door for her as she settled inside.
''Mother, don't worry, I have laid the net. Now we need to wait for Lu Qiao Yan to get caught in it''. Wan Tian said.
''How much time will it take?''
''I assure you everything would be sorted tonight''. Wan Tian kissed his mother's hand.
''Get Jian Yu's passport and other documents ready. I will fly with him first, and you would follow us''. Ms. Li Ling ordered him and Wan Tian nodded his head obediently.
''Mother, will Jian Yu accept the reality?'' Wan Tian raised a question.
''He would have too''. Ms. Li replied and left.
''I hope he understands all our struggles and hardships that we are going through just for him''. Wan Tian thought as he stood in front of the burning warehouse.
''Do I love him? Why? When did these unknown feelings start developing in me? But there's something special about him. He has some connection with me. Why do I always think about all this?
Lu Qiao Yan was standing on the balcony holding a wine glass in his hand. The full moon was lighting up the starry sky.
''What's so special about him? I sought to kill and he ought to protect. After all how else do we fulfill our destinies''. He thought as he took a sip of red wine.
