The new intel that Seraphena waa gathering was exactly the kind that Zeph didn't want to hear about. He had his suspicions about the cause of the sudden mass movement of individuals with questionable backgrounds and even more questionable genetics. That alone was bad enough, and very alarming. Especially with how Samyaza was trying to say things without saying it.
The last thing he needed was concrete evidence that there was an organized effort to take advantage of the displaced, desperate, and potentially dangerous, "people," effected by likely a group of far worse behaved and unruly members or sub-members of The Family.
