Thanks to Magnolia Roseville's efforts and some basic professional courtesies Zeph did not have much trouble arranging a meeting between himself, members of the local immigration authority, and both Nephilim and Law enforcement, while he wanted for his suspect to be able to do more than just take up valuable real estate in the trauma center's ICU.
In an effort to curry favor with Zeph or perhaps Mother Lilith, the Gilded Tides Haven Resort Spa very quickly offered to host the meeting making it far more convenient than training to get everyone else involved to agree to hold the meeting in the dining room of the Nephilim Enforcement division nearest the port or in a recently vacated warehouse at the port.
