"What if he's not your mate?" Catherine asked.
I was speechless. Yeah, if he was not my mate, but I gave him my virginity, what would happen?
"Maybe Bella knows," I answered.
"Yeah, why didn't I think of that?" Catherine had an epiphany.
Bella's moldy tea was probably why I was able to connect to Catherine's consciousness.
She helped me awaken the wolf's consciousness in my body, probably because she didn't want to see me being bullied so badly. Although I could not summon Catherine, with her encouragement, I seemed to be braver than before.
After making up my mind, I changed my direction and went to Bella's house.
Just like the last time, all the windows were closed, so I couldn't see what was going on inside from the outside.
I knocked on the door for a long time before she opened it.
She looked even weaker and older than the last time. She hunched her body and looked at me through the door's crack with a vigilant gaze, "Do you need something?"
