I hope this is not how I die.
Piers swallowed a gulp of saliva, hardening his heart as he slowly approached the creepy ancient abandoned castle, covered in overgrown plants, moss and debris. The stench of the structure is overwhelming, giving out scents full of roses and blood. The smell of Blood Knights, clearly making their tracks all over the building and the surrounding land.
"All Red Claws. I'm proceeding in to do a light scout first." Piers informs the Red Claws.
"Piers, hold back. You don't-"
"Every second I waste is more pain Demi is in and risking more time for the Blood Lord's plan to succeed. I will be careful, I will fall back the moment I am compromised." Piers promised as he proceeded, stepping on the first stone cold bricks on the outside of the castle. The sun was starting to set, the last rays of orange warmth now slowly being engulfed by the cold blue hues of the night. Spill chilling blasts of wind lit up the environment as Piers readied himself.
