[Felix Harp Pov]
We start of this Chapter with Felix approaching a certain Frankstein wannabe, Which is actually not going to lie is funny rather than scary.
The Frankstein Idiot was about to approach an 7 Year Old Kid licking an Candy, Felix saw this and immediately run faster to the Frankstein Idiot because if that Kid told him he isn't scary we're ꜰᴜᴄᴋᴇᴅ.
Frankstein (?): "MUHAHAHAHAHA, The Human won't see me coming."
The Frankstein Idiot then tip toed and hide behind a Street Lamp, That didn't hide him one bit. The Pedestrian is either Laughing, Recording or Ignoring the Frankstein Idiot... Oh Boy.
The Frankstein Idiot was about to jump scare the Kid but Felix stepped infront of him.
Felix: "He-he-hey buddy remember me?"
Felix said waving at the Frankstein wannabe.
Frankstein (?): "Wait... Who are you?"
Asked the Frankstein wannabe scratching his Head.
Felix: "Oh? Me? Well i am just a random Bystander."
Felix smiled but inside he is plotting how to Contain this Frankstein wannabe.
Frankstein (?): "..."
Frankstein (?): "Wait a second? Who are y-"
Before the Frankstein wannabe could finish it's sentence, Felix butted in.
Felix: "I'll give you 1.000+ Horror Movie CD's if you come wit-"
Before Felix could finish his sentence the Frankstein wannabe stopped him mid sentence, And shaked Felix Hands very eagerly, When i said very i meant very very very.
Frankstein (?): "DEAL!"
Frankstein (?): "Where are this Horror Movie's? Human?"
Felix then scanned his surroundings and noticed that a Group of People is watching them, Some even recording... Must be because the Frankstein looks so alike the 1931's Frankstein.
But the Crowd isn't the Problem, Felix can just wipe their Memory. No the Problem is a Group of Men are approaching Felix and the Frankstein wannabe, They're shoving People out of the way and calling themselves FBI.
Frankstein (?): "Uhhh? Human? Where are my Horror Movie's."
The Frankstein wannabe said while tapping Felix's Shoulder's.
Felix: "Oh! Uhh... Come with me i'll show you the Horror Movie's."
Felix then grabbed Frankstein wannabe's Arm and then dragged him in the nearest Alleyway ignoring the shout of the FBI's possibly GOC which is bad news.
Agent ??? (FBI) (GOC): "HEY! YOU ARE UNDER ARREST! REMAIN STILL! DON'T RUN! THIS IS THE FBI!"
In response Felix just trow them a Middle Finger not bothering to look back, That Middle Finger seems to have boosting Magic on it because the FBI's seems to Run Faster.
Frankstein (?): "Hi Human!"
The Frankstein wannabe then waved at the FBI's aka GOC Agent's before Felix dragged him in the Alleyway.
Noticing that Felix and the Frankstein wannabe is in the Alleyway some of the FBI Agent's or GOC Agent's grinned knowing that Felix and the Frankstein wannabe is cornered.
The GOC Agent that is presumably leading this case then turned to the Corner while grinning, But Felix and the Frankstein wannabe was no where to be seen, Yes Felix used Asgardian Illusion Magic in the Alleyway's Entrance while currently Felix is opening a Portal located in the Gallery.
Agent Green (FBI) (GOC): "Got dang it! HQ do you copy? This is Agent Green. We lost visual on the Target, I repeat. We lost visual on the damn Target."
The GOC Agent identified as Agent Green then grabbed his Radio and talked to what i belive other GOC Employee's.
??? (GOC): "Copy that Agent Green, We suggest that you and your team should retreat the Foundation is near."
*sigh*
The GOC Agent then sighted and responded back with a seemingly lifeless voice... Guess this isn't a Good Day for him.
Agent Green (FBI) (GOC): "Copy that HQ."
Agent Green then grabbed a Cigarette from his Pocket.
One of the Agent then spoke up while breathing roughly from all the running.
Agent ??? (FBI) (GOC): "What now Boss?"
Agent Green then responded to his Subordinate while lighting his Cigarette.
Agent Green (FBI) (GOC): "The Foundation is near us confiscate as much Phone as possible that has record's of the Anomalous Entity, Let the Foundation erase there memory."
Agent ??? (FBI) (GOC): "Copy that boss!"
The GOC Agent then saluted his Boss and approached the other GOC Agent's telling them the new order.
*sigh*
Agent Green (FBI) (GOC): "ꜰᴜᴄᴋ life."
While Agent Green is busy Smoking the Illusion Magic that Felix casted seemingly disappeared infront of Agent Green, Which made the Poor Agent drop his Cigarette, Which shocked Agent Green... But the Magic isn't the shocking part.
Actually the Magic is 25% the shocking part but the 75% shocking part is Felix giving Agent Green an Middle Finger while the Frankstein wannabe is waving at him.
Felix: "ꜰᴜᴄᴋ you GOC Dog!"
Felix then closed the Portal leaving an shocked Agent Green.
Agent Green (FBI) (GOC): "SON OF A ʙɪᴛᴄ-"

They actually kill even Innocent once think of the Witch Hunt Era, Yeah! They're the type to burn people if they suspected they're Witch, But sometimes wholesome stuff happends.
