Vibrant sounds shook the grounds. Everybody eyes looked towards the forest as many cyclopes came out charging out from inside the forest. All villagers panicking to see the giant creature approach the village. Some of the villagers ran the other way.
"First our fields are getting burnt down and now the cyclopes are attacking us also. What is happening right now!?"
"Maybe there are the one's who started the fires inside the fields. I do not get why would they burn down our beloved fields, for what exactly!"
The many villagers who did not run away all muttered at each other. They accused the cyclopes for the burning rice fields and trying to start a war. They all went inside their grabbing weapons to attack the cyclopes.
Running towards the cyclopes the villagers stroke their weapons towards them. With weak weapons the cyclopes blankly looked down at the villagers in annoyance. Hemoth and his cyclopes simply ignored the villagers weak attacks walking pass them fronts. They went around them to go put out the fires spreading throug the fields.
All the villagers were looking puzzled to see the cyclopes putting out the fires. Some of the cyclopes were using water magic to put out the fires, and others were blowing out the fire with their mouths. Seeing the cyclopes put inn the work the villagers also joined up with them putting out the fires.
While tilting his head towards the side, Lennox eyes widened in bewilderment seeing the cyclopes and the villagers working along each other. He weirdly shook his face thinking it was comekind of illusion. He smiled thinking that the assassins attacking them may help the two groups to build bonds with each other. Inside of Lennox thoughts a flash of his mother face appeared.
While exchanging blows with Dark, Ryan slightly turned his face looking at the cyclopes and villagers working along each other. He murmured inside his thoughts that the villagers hatred towards the cyclopes was actually created by someone else with their own agendas towards taking control over the whole place. He remarked that humans were easy to manipulate due to their own inferiority. They would start meaningly wars to prove the strength towards anyone stronger.
Leaning her back on the wall, Riley watched at the scene towards the cyclopes and the villagers. She was impressed that the villagers would easily work beside the cyclopes instead of running away or trying to fight them; Even humans did not wish the stand or breathe the same air as a demon. It was enjoyable to see the two working along each other.
Riley wondered if the villagers saw how the cyclopes went to extinguish the fires. Even the cyclopes saw the island as their home beside having meaningless feud with the humans. Underneath all the villagers hatred towards the cyclopes many still question their socalled hate. Riley knew the hatred between two was courses by someone but it was not something that would end quick, it will take time for them to find common ground.
Hemoth and the other cyclopes stared down in surprise when seeing you the villagers helping them. The villagers threw water attack at the fire burning through the fields. Even when their water attack were less affective against the fires. But with Hemoth coordination to ordered the cyclopes to work along with the villagers. When the villagers threw their water attacks, the cyclopes would throw their own water attacks after theirs.
The cyclopes were not skill at using magic, so they effect was less effective than the villagers own magic. The cyclopes were beings that value strength over magic power. Even with many cyclopes gifted at using magic power, they only value strength as supreme. Due to that act the cyclopes were unefficient at using magic. Only a rare few members would train their magic power.
Hemoth, the cyclopes and the villagers both groups began to extinguish the fires. Lennox slightly giggled watching the scene unfold right in now of his eyes. He was fill with so much joy in seeing the cyclopes and the villagers working side to side. He wished the scene would last for ever in his mind.
Slipping his head towards the side dodging a fist from Dark. Ryan grabbed his arm, he then swung Dark body towards the ground. Before Dark could slam on his back, he slammed his feet on his ground. He tightly gripped Ryan top, swinging upward tossing him far.
During the sequence Ryan widened his expression, caught by surprise by Dark lending his feet on back. He was then deflecting his own force back at him, using it to throw him.
Ryan faintly smiled finding him to be interesting than the other assassins. He watched as Dark swung a kick towards his head, but he casually blocked it then tried to grab his leg. Dark immediately sensed something pulling back his leg back fast, he simply jumped few steps away from Ryan. Small drops of sweat appeared on his face, thinking it was too close. Ryan slightly smiled bending his neck looking at Dark.
He quickly lunged towards throwing a few combo, including a two straight punches, a knee kick and roundhouse kick. The two straight punches were both blocked, but the knee kick strike his chin. He slipped down dodging the roundhouse kick.
Still dazed by the knee kick, Ryan lead uppercut and straight punch. Dark moved a few steps back. He held himself from falling down. He then smiled glaring his eyes at Ryan.
As Ryan dashed in front of him trying to grab his neck. Dark immediately step back pivoting towards the side, he then lend a swftly kick towards Ryan stomach. Ryan was pushed back by the kick. He excitedly laughed feeling that attack.
"I guess you were not taking me serious enough to really start fighting me!" Ryan said with a happy expression on his face. "I am sorry as well, I was also holding back my own strength against you. But now that we are done with the introduction, let us get serious now!"
Both Ryan and Dark stared at each other intensely. A surge of power blast out of them both. Ryan tightly gripped his fists menacingly glaring at Dark, and the same sequence was happening with Dark also. All of their surroundings began to vibrate as they realised their auras.
