I was going over the final arrangements. I don't want any mishap to happen here.
The time for the function arrived. Manager Lara was the first to arrive with her friends. She gave them a quick introduction.
Among them, I saw someone familiar. The person was none other than the jewelry shop owner, Hana.
She was one of Manager Lara's friends. I had met her before in my real identity; at that time, I had even sold a crystal gem to her.
"So, you are Frank. It's nice to see you. My name is Hana. I'm Lara's friend. I own a jewelry shop in the magic city. If you ever need help selling jewelry items, you can contact me," she said with a smile.
She then handed her business card to me. I accepted the card before putting it inside my storage bracelet.
Manager Lara found it amusing. She didn't know what kind of reaction Hana would have if she ever learned the truth.
After Hana, the other friends started introducing themselves.
