From MC's Perspective:
I was watching the situation from the Gregor Mansion. It was terrifying.
I hadn't expected there could be a monster here. What was even more terrifying? It was a 10th Order Monster.
Fortunately, I didn't make the decision to check those walls. If I had opened the hidden door, the dark roots would have attacked me instead.
My gaze then followed the dark roots' movements. The dark roots chased down to the entrance before coming to a halt.
Then, something inside the hidden room pulled back the dark tree roots. In the blink of an eye, the dark roots disappeared into the room.
Seeing that, my eyes turned solemn. What was even more amazing? The dark tree roots hadn't caused any disturbance.
Otherwise, the whole underground stone chamber would have collapsed.
"What to do now?" I asked myself.
If I didn't escape now, then the old man would come with more backup. Then a fight could break out here.
