From MC's Perspective:
After gaining some clarity, I have decided to enter the city office at night. Then I closed my eyes and began to rest.
Meanwhile,
The four patrol guards stood in front of the inn. One of them went inside and collected information from the staff.
When he came outside. He informed others. The four patrol guards looked at each other's faces.
"What should we do?"
"We can't break into his room."
One of them raised the question.
"He must be here for a reason. He was looking at the city office earlier."
"Was he looking for City Manager Gustav?"
The second patrol guard voiced his opinion.
"Let's inform the city manager first," the third patrol guard said before calling the City Manager.
When Gustav attended the call. He informed him about the latest developments.
Gustav was happy. He didn't expect the target to stay in front of the city office. He has been looking for ways to target the stranger.
Now he has a good chance to do it.
