"Didn't sleep well?"
In the Tulip Estate, a woman held a lit cigarette between her fingertips and, with captivating eyes, stared at the dark circles under Lowe's eyes, speaking softly.
Lowe raised his hand to rub his brow, visible fatigue on his face.
Not only did he not sleep well, he was completely sleepless the entire night.
"Looking for me for something?" His voice was extremely hoarse as he spoke.
The woman casually tucked her hair behind her ear, resting her head on one hand, her eyes twinkling. Her fiery red lips opened.
"Can't I look for you for no reason?" She took a drag on her cigarette, exhaled slowly, "Emma White went to see you, what did she say?"
Lowe's eyes paused, his voice flat as if devoid of any emotion, "She did a check-up for me, said nothing."
Upon hearing this.
The woman's eyebrows furrowed slightly, then quickly relaxed.
That's right, Emma White isn't an ordinary person, it's normal for her to be guarded around Lowe.
