"But what about you?" Gu Joy had planned to have dinner with Yuan Wen, but who would have expected her dad to just show up without any warning, really giving someone a shock?
"I'll go back to the dormitory to eat, there's so much food in the cafeteria, are you worried I'll starve?" Yuan Wen said with a smile.
"Alright then, if there's anything tasty, I'll pack some for you." Gu Joy is known for her loyalty.
"Deal, you go on then, your uncle might be getting anxious waiting for you." Yuan Wen urged.
"No problem, he just got here." Gu Joy is super speechless about her dad's behavior—how could Dad just come by himself? It's really frustrating.
And it's definitely without Mom's knowledge because Mom wouldn't let Dad disrupt her schooling.
