Geoffrey seemed to sense an inexplicable tension in Becca. Closing his eyes, he interlocked his fingers with hers and asked, "Why are your palms so sweaty?"
"My hands have always been prone to sweating." Becca quickly lied with a sharp reaction.
Geoffrey slowly opened his eyes, gazing at the exquisite and beautiful face of Becca, his eyes gradually becoming unfocused. Suddenly, he leaned over to press her onto the sofa.
Becca blocked Geoffrey's head with her hand, shyly saying, "Don't do this, this is your office, employees could come in at any time."
"Without my permission, no one will come in directly."
