Ned and Audrey had already booked all-access tickets online, so they just needed to scan the code to enter and enjoy all the rides.
Little Ginger, Grace, Emma, and Angela, the four girls, were very curious about the trinkets sold at the stalls in front of the amusement park. They kept running back and forth to take a look, chatting animatedly.
Daniel, Alan, and Eli Spencer, the four boys, lazily followed along.
Looking at the group of half-grown kids and a few bouncing little girls, Ned laughed and said to Audrey, "Do you feel like we're mother hens?"
Audrey was exasperated and said, "If you want to be a mother hen, you can, just don't drag me into it."
Ned stopped, turned around, grinned, clapped his hands, and said, "Come on, come on, don't get lost."
The girls were restless, and Little Ginger, Grace, and others quickly gathered around Ned.
